I. USAGE.
A. Unless an agreement is made, the commissioned emote is to be used exclusively for Twitch or personal use. No merchandise is to be sold with the commissioned emote.
B. Do NOT edit my work without my permission. After the commission is finished and payment is made, small edits can be done to fix marking mistakes or alter colors. Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.
II. REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY.
A. You, the commissioner, reserve the right to cancel the commission prior to payment. If a sketch is made prior to payment you DO NOT KEEP THE RIGHT TO USE THE SKETCH.
B. As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel the commission at any time. If I cancel the commission and a payment has been made you will be refunded your money, but your right to any sketches or WIPs made prior to the cancellation is null and void.
C. If payment is made before the sketch process and the sketch does not meet standards then you are allowed to request a refund. This means you RELINQUISH THE RIGHT TO USE THE SKETCH. That means
D. Once the commission is finished, delivered, and paid for, you are NOT entitled to a refund. Do not chargeback after the commission is paid for.
III. RIGHTS
A. After the commission is finished, delivered, and paid for, if you file a chargeback against me, your rights to all pieces I have made for you will be retracted. You will be FORBIDDEN from commissioning me, Skelliot, ever again. Your name may be posted publicly to alert others to watch out.
I also have every right to file a complaint and I have all the right to the money you have given me.
B. As the artist I reserve every right to use finished pieces to:
-Promote myself in any place or any site.
-To display it anywhere to my liking.
-Post it wherever I want.
C. As the commissioner you have the right to claim the character drawn, but not the drawing itself. Do not claim the art as your own creation, and please credit the artist where possible (not just for me but for all artists you commission now and in the future).
D. A Purchase of Commercial rights to the artwork will always be 300% of original price.
With commercial rights you are allowed to make any sort of merch with the artwork. Use it in books, covers, as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with.
Credit is still required for usage of the artwork, even if altered or edited.
